This class may involve steps, weights and floor work to give you an awesome workout focusing on the legs, bum and tum!

Mission combat is a cardio workout inspired by martial arts. It is non contact, energetic and performed to awesome music.

Pump is a class that uses barbells to get a total body workout specifically targeting each muscle group.


This is an outdoor class aimed at parents and babies that want to workout together. Suitable from 6 weeks post natal delivery.

Core Restore ‘Return to Performance’

During this group physio led post-natal rehabilitation you will work in a small group and follow a 6 week programme using up to  date research.

Indoor Mum and Baby Workout

Everyday we offer an indoor class that you can bring the baby along to. The classes vary but are safe and suitable for anyone post natal.

This high energy indoor cycling class will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
