This is an outdoor class aimed at parents and babies that want to workout together. Suitable from 6 weeks post natal delivery.

Core Restore

During this group led post-natal rehabilitation you will work in a small group and follow a 4 week programme using up to  date research helping you t0 return to performance.

Conditioning Yoga

Conditioning Yoga.  This is not a classic yoga class but instead yoga inspired strength and flexibility drills to increase your shoulder, hip and hamstring range of motion and work on increasing your full body strength and endurance.


The ultimate total body workout. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness but is a challenge. We include everything in this workout to burn maximal calories. You will work hard and you will definitely sweat! It combines bodyweight exercises, free weights and determination!

Cardio, Strength, Abs/Cardio Circuit

A high intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.


Is a style of HIIT and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount  of time possible. This class is a maximum of 30minutes.


Using the suspension trainer to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core. This class is a great opportunity for any of level of fitness to use gravity and body weight to control the intensity of the session.


Using the best tunes from the 90’s onwards we will give you an awesome cardio workout and it’s all in the dark with glow sticks and flashing lights.


This high energy indoor cycling class will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.


This class is a high intensity interval class – using boxing gloves and pads and weights.  You are welcome to bring your own gloves and pads if you wish or use those provided.

Weights & Plates

This is a total body workout using anything from dumbbells to barbells and body weight.  Great for improving strength and tone.
