Bootcamp

In this class we will use lots of different equipment including ropes, weights, treadmills and more! HIIT is often studio based using lots of bodyweight.

Core Restore

Core Restore is our 4 week course designed for mums. The course teaches you how to regain your core strength without causing any further damage. A lot of people suffer from Diastasis Recti after giving birth and are advised not to put excessive pressure on their abdominals.

Insanity

Insanity is a total body workout that requires no gym or equipment. You will experience cardio conditioning that will completely transform your body. It’s a challenge – but your instructor can modify the toughest moves to help you Dig Deeper at any fitness level!

Run Club

Run Club is a great opportunity for runners of all abilities to come together on a weekly basis. Each week the sessions will vary between intervals, hills and long runs under the guidance of one of our trainers.

When you join run club you will be added to a closed Facebook group that gives you access to training plans from 5k to ultra marathon.

Each week we will add training tips to help you along the way and you can also chat with other members with similar goals.

Fatblast

The ultimate total body workout. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness but is a challenge. We include everything in this workout to burn maximal calories. You will work hard and you will definitely sweat! It combines bodyweight exercises, free weights and determination!

Metafit

Is a style of HIIT and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount  of time possible. This class is a maximum of 30minutes.

TRX

Using the suspension trainer to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core. This class is a great opportunity for any of level of fitness to use gravity and body weight to control the intensity of the session.

Clubbercise

Using the best tunes from the 90’s onwards we will give you an awesome cardio workout and it’s all in the dark with glow sticks and flashing lights.

Spin

This high energy indoor cycling class will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel a PT session or you will be charged.
  • Group sessions are only sold in blocks and paid in advance, if one of the group does not attend and the entire session has not been rearranged it will be lost and the session cannot be carried over.
