About Mission Fitness Cardiff

Mission Fitness Cardiff has changed, we still offer the freshest and most up to date fitness classes in the area including Combat, Pump, Spin and Pilates; but we now offer even more.

Our new fully functional gym is stocked with everything you need from cardio equipment to resistance machines and free weights.

Whether you’re new to exercise or you’ve been training for years, we’ve got something to offer.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sign a contract?
No — all of our monthly memberships roll month by month with no tie-in. If you'd prefer a discounted rate, we do also offer a 12-month contract option at £38/month, plus 6-month and annual paid-upfront memberships.
What counts as off-peak?
Off-peak access is Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9.15am to close.
Can I try the gym before joining?
Yes — we offer a one-off trial (1 class or gym pass). Trials and club visits need to be booked during staffed hours, so please get in touch to arrange a time.
Are classes included in membership?
Yes — all unlimited memberships include unlimited classes. If you don't want full membership, we also sell 8-class bundles.
Do you offer HYROX training?
Yes — we're a HYROX affiliated gym. You can join our HYROX classes on the timetable, or work 1:1 with one of our Personal Trainers to prepare for your next event.
Is the gym always staffed?
There are times when the gym is unmanned. Members still have full access during those hours with a valid membership. For gym trials or visits, you'll need to book an appointment during staffed hours.
