New member notice There will be times when the gym is unmanned members will still gain full access providing valid membership. If you have requested a free gym trial or wish to visit the club an appointment will need to be made during staff hours.

Mission Fitness Cardiff has changed, we still offer the freshest and most up to date fitness classes in the area including Les Mills Body Combat, Body Pump, Spin and Pilates; but we now offer even more.

Our new fully functional gym is stocked with everything you need from cardio equipment to resistance machines and free weights.

Whether you’re new to exercise or you’ve been training for years, we’ve got something to offer.

Memberships

We wont tie you in to any contracts, all of our monthly memberships roll month by month.

This includes gym and unlimited classes during the following times: Mon-Fri 8am – 4pm. Sat & Sun 10.00am – Close.
