Run Club is a great opportunity for runners of all abilities to come together on a weekly basis. Each week the sessions will vary between intervals, hills and long runs under the guidance of one of our trainers.
When you join run club you will be added to a closed Facebook group that gives you access to training plans from 5k to ultra marathon.
Each week we will add training tips to help you along the way and you can also chat with other members with similar goals.
Spring 2019 run club is included as part of your unlimited membership or can be paid for as individual pay as you go sessions.
Thursday 7.30-8.15pm meet at Mission Fitness Cardiff reception and wear fluorescent clothing or lights.
